1. No one is allowed to possess any dangerous or controlled substances including but not limited to explosives or (DRUGS) while on the property of Seminole ATV Park.

2. No hunting allowed at any time.

3. Camping is allowed  by permit only obtained by Seminole ATV Park 

4. Event park hours will vary and be posted on site  

5. Park Hours for Open Weekends FRI 4PMto SUN 4PM, North Property will be open from 8AM to 7PM only Sat and 8AM to 3PM Sunday.

6. All ATV riders should follow the manufacturer’s safe operating procedures for your ATV and ensure you have the appropriate safety equipment needed to safely operate your ATV on the rough and hilly terrain of Seminole ATV Park. Helmet is mandatory, Gloves, Over the Ankle Boots, Long Sleeve Shirt, paints and goggles are encouraged and recommended for your protection and safety.

7. Everyone entering the park MUST sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form.  You will also receive an arm band to be worn at all times while in the park.  Anyone not signing a waiver or not wearing an armband is considered Trespassing. Arm bands will be checked at trail head.

8. All minor children under the age of 17 must be signed in by a parent or legal guardian at the sign in station.  If your parents will not be with you at our park, you must contact us to obtain a release form and it must be signed by you parent and it must be notarized, you will then bring the form with you to our park.  Parents must closely supervise minors at all times.  AT NO time will a minor be allowed to ride an ATV without the parent or guardian on-hand with them at all times. 17& under MUST WEAR HELMETS AT ALL TIMES. 

9. Youth Area will be age 10 and under  and 125cc & below. This area will consist of a one way trail and youth play area. Parent or Guardian must be present at all times. 

10. There will be NO TOLERATION for fighting what so ever.

11. Everyone rides at their own risk.  Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your riding skills.

12. Seminole ATV Park, is neither liable nor responsible for any personal damage, loss, or theft of personal property, or injury or death.

13. NO OPEN CAMP FIRES. All camp fires must be contained in some way.  Seminole Atv Park can provide 55 gallon drums upon request
No glass containers allowed.

14. NO FIREARMS will be allowed into the park at any time.

15. Lights and Brakes must be in great working condition.

16. Stay out of private property, do not cross or tear down any of the orange fencing that separates Seminole ATV Park from private land owners.

17. Stay out of the green fields located on the property of Seminole ATV Park.

18. 5 MPH is the speed limit in the parking and camping area.   

19. NO ATV’S ARE ALLOWED ON THE PAVED COUNTY ROAD AT ANY TIME. There will be one Gate operated by a Seminole ATV Park Staff Member to allow access to the NORTH Property. Times for gates will be posted at General Store on Bulletin board.

20. Failure to comply with the above rules and safe operating procedures can and will result in you being ask to leave the park without any refund and could result in you being permanently banned from using the park again. 

21. Due to insurance requirements, NO THREE WHEELERS Allowed.

22. No riding doubles unless your ATV is made for 2- riders, EXAMPLE: RHINO, MULE, RANGER, or 2up ATV.

23. No consumption of ALCOHOL is permitted while or prior to operating any type of motorized vehicle.
